Step 1: Please Complete the Dasche Liability Release

Step 3: Please Complete the Dasche Photography Release Form

Step 4: Complete your Child Safety Training Video 

You should have recieved a link for this training video immediately after filling out your background check form. This video training must be completed before you are allowed to sign up for service hours. If your link is no longer active or you cannot locate it you can request a new link from our service coordinator- [email protected]

Any parent who wants to be on campus past the check in desk has to complete this video in order to get a namebadge. Anyone who serves Service Hours must have this video completed. If one parent chooses not to do the video they cannot do service hours or come on campus. 

Step 5: Pay the 2026-27 Dasche New Membership Fee

Membership Due Fee Schedule for 2026-2027

• February - May 31: $300

• June 1 - 30: $325

• July 1 - August 15: $350

• August 15 or later: $425 ($350 plus $75 late admin fee)
  
  **No Co-op applications will be accepted after August 15th except by Administrative approval on a case-by-case basis.  If approved there is a $75 Administrative Late Fee that will be added to the Membership Dues making them a total of $425

Payment Option 1: Zelle

We prefer that families use ZELLE to submit their Membership Fee so that Dasche is not required to absorb the additional processing fees that Paypal requires.
